CertiSetu is an independent private platform that helps people in Uttar Pradesh understand government certificate processes (Domicile, Income, Caste, and EWS certificates) and prepare the right documents. Under the DPDP Act, CertiSetu acts as a Data Fiduciary, and you are the Data Principal.

Our Services are intended for adults (18+). Parents or legal guardians may submit inquiries on behalf of minors under their protection.

CertiSetu is an independent, private platform. We are not a government agency, nor are we affiliated with the Revenue Department of Uttar Pradesh or any municipal body.

15. Sensitive documents

We do not currently collect sensitive identity documents. When our filing service launches in the future, we will collect such documents only with explicit consent and apply additional bank-grade protections.

16. International transfers

Some of our cloud and storage infrastructure providers may process data outside India. We ensure all such providers meet strict data-protection standards consistent with the DPDP Act.
